Tab Session Manager is a browser extension that allows you to:

• Save and restore browser tab sessions
• Organize and name your saved sessions
• Manage browser memory by closing tabs while preserving session data
• Search through your saved sessions

3. Free and Pro Versions

Free Version

The free version of Tab Session Manager includes:

• Save up to 5 sessions
• Local storage only
• Basic session management features

Pro Version

Tab Session Manager Pro is available as a paid subscription and includes:

• Unlimited saved sessions
• Cloud sync across devices
• Auto-save functionality
• Session sharing
• Priority support

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension
• Not use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the security of your own devices and data

5. Intellectual Property

Tab Session Manager and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Extension for personal purposes.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Tab Session Manager is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

10. Refund Policy

For Pro subscriptions purchased through the Chrome Web Store, refunds are subject to Google's refund policy. For direct purchases, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with the Pro features.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access to the Extension immediately, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
